Amadeus Course is a Practical training on how you can using Amadeus Airlines reservation and ticketing system provided by Amadeus Egypt certified Trainer.  

In the fast-paced world of travel, the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) has become a household name. Since its inception in 1987, Amadeus has established itself as a market leader in the travel technology industry, with a wide range of innovative products and solutions for travel agents, airlines, and other travel-related companies.

Amadeus Training Course

The Amadeus training course is based on practical practice by giving the trainees access to the Amadeus system with special usernames and passwords throughout the duration of the course. By logging into Amadeus Training Mode, trainees can singing in Amadeus Connect Platform and practice all basic and advanced activities and applications with complete freedom.

By the end of the Amadeus course in Airline Reservation and Ticketing, you will be able to build reservation files for different itineraries, pricing and issuance of tickets, learn ticket cancellation cases and refund the value of airline tickets. In addition, the Amadeus course will allow you to deal with special requirements for customers such as excess weight, paid and free meals. Dealing with special passenger cases.

You will also learn how to make changes to the reservation file, as well as changes to electronic tickets, moreover, amadeus course will help you record accurate sales reports and reviewing your reservations.
